KATHLEEN ROSEBOROUGH

Kathleen Roseborough combines her experience, legal and negotiating skills with her genuine empathy for her clients in family law matters. Her clients include business men and women, attorneys, physicians, sports celebrities, entrepreneurs and their spouses.

Often her clients' marital estates consist of significant assets, including interests in closely-held corporations, limited partnerships, residential and commercial real estate, diversified investment accounts and retirement benefits. These asset types can present complex classification and valuation issues.

When there are custody and visitation issues, Ms. Roseborough skillfully maintains the focus on the best interests of the children and she successfully interacts with professional experts for the children's benefit.

Ms. Roseborough is a trained mediator and sponsors that process when it is an appropriate alternative to litigation. In all of her cases, Ms. Roseborough negotiates for her clients and in the majority of situations she is successful in achieving a resolution and agreement through those negotiations which meets her client's goals. However, when a case must be litigated, Ms. Roseborough is an aggressive advocate for her client in court and she enjoys a consistent record of successful results.
